All about me

Hi I’m Jodie. I am passionate about photography and have been as long as I can remember. My life has taken many turns with what are my goals and I have never stepped away from photography. As a teacher I get to see the wonders of building knowledge in children’s eyes, but capturing the look of wonder when blowing bubbles or chasing a big brother or sister or the tender moments of a newborn meeting their family for the very first time is so much more amazing because it is real life at its best. I tend to have a creative side to me that leads me creating fun and interesting things as well as works of beauty and art. This creativity has led me to pursue photography as my outlet. I am a scrapbooker and dabble in patchwork, which has led to a much greater desire to capture the every day and the special moments that we get to enjoy and treasure. I love to see people captured as who they are in that moment. Do you have to be perfectly clothed and posed to have a portrait taken?...

Family Gathering {Wagga Wagga Family Portrait Photographer}

What an amazing group of kiddos, parents, grandparents and Great - nanna! Thank you so much for letting me spend a bit of time with you! Here are some images of your gorgeous kiddos and family~ Oh the eyes these children have - such a variety of colours but magnificent! Bubbles and footballs were blown kicked and chased songs were sung and children were scattered. They had such fun! Mr Elusive who ran in the opposite direction from the camera... scroll down to see some magic from Daddy! This magical smile on Mr R was so worth the day! Great job Dad for getting some giggles and grins to share of your gorgeous boy! and a little quiet let the sun shine through for this gorgeous girl... Session Information

I am a natural light photographer, specializing in on-location work. I am still in the portfolio building stage of photography and when I am not creating memories for you I am teaching children in local Primary Schools. Sessions generally last 1-2 hours, but will not end until quality images can be achieved. The session fee includes the photographer's time and talent as well as individual digital processing of each image. This fee includes up to 6 people, proofs of up to 30 carefully selected images in both colour and B&W which will be available within 10 days of your session I love the casual and candid style of photography, therefore I recommend keeping clothing simple and comfortable. It is important to wear clothing that suits you and your child, but try to stay away from patterned clothing such as floral, plaid and/or logos. Bright solid colours with jeans or Khaki's work great!
